Doug set the standard for customer service excellence. Up until just a few years ago, he still jumped in a truck if necessary to ensure freight would be delivered on-time. For Doug, quality service is not an option; it's expected.

Jill has transportation in her blood. Having worked alongside her family to build JA, she acquired her father Doug's "Just Ask" attitude. Today, as the President, she is driven  to ensure "the Most Dependable Transportation Service in the World" is more than a slogan; it's a promise.

With 20 years of transportation management and 3PL experience, Jim knows how to adapt and scale trucking and logistics services across North America. Beyond competitive pricing, Jim and his team at JA Nationwide will ensure that our partner carrier network remains dependable and safety-driven. 

With 15 years experience providing semi-tractor and trailer maintenance,  Chris provides preventive maintenance and repairs of all facilities and fleet equipment at JA. Along with leading our in-house fleet maintenance team, he ensures that all customer equipment is well maintained and DOT-compliant.

Scott’s diverse background along with 19 years of industry experience enables him to combine business and operational know-how to provide tailored warehousing and distribution services with JA Logistics. His approach brings a high level of enthusiasm and energy that allows him to quickly adapt to different business requirements and product profiles.
